- Don’t wash your hands with soap and water.
- Don’t keep your hands away from your mouth, nose, and eyes.
- Make sure you eat, drink, and smoke after others.
- Don’t cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve so that viruses are trapped in the fabric of your clothing, and so that you do
contaminate your hands.
- COME IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE SICK, AND DO NOT STAY HOME WHEN YOU ARE ILL.
- Don’t visit a doctor if you exhibit flu-like symptoms.
- Don’t try to follow good common health practices to help strengthen immune system including: eating healthy, increase fluids and avoid stress as much as possible.
- Stay away from vitamin C.
- Make sure you don’t drink any water.
- Finally, don’t get any sleep

The common symptoms of the flu include:
- Fever (usually high)
- Headache
- Muscle aches
- Chills
- Extreme tiredness
- Dry cough
- Runny nose may also occur but is more common in children than adults
